Who didn’t experience that empty feeling the Thursday of Masters week this April? The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a lot from us, sports being one of them (albeit low on the overall priority list). However, it’s helped me recognize how much I consume and enjoy sports and how sports has greatly changed my life.
This will be the first time in 10 years I haven’t either attended or run NCCGA Nationals with our team. I’ve been blessed to work in golf and I thought it would be funny to share some pictures since Fall 2010 Nationals. Nationals has evolved immensely over the years - from 93 players in 2010 to 352 in 2019. Thousands of club golfers have had the chance to travel and take part in memorable Nationals experiences with their teammates.

When April 25th, 2020 hits and our team is not at Seaview Golf Club in Atlantic City, I’ll have that empty feeling for the first time in 10 years. I will miss the players’ excitement, working with the PGA Professionals onsite, the compliments (and even the occasional complaints!), but especially the memories made with my fellow Nextgengolf team members. I have countless stories over the years and can generally tell you the temperatures in random parts of the country every April and November since 2010. Looking forward to seeing everyone in the fall.
