Club Golf Play Features Nine Tournaments This Weekend

The club golf season has officially passed its midway point and is now moving into its final three weeks. As NCCGA players around the nation prepare for the second Regional Tournaments, the NCCGA National Championship picture is starting to take shape.

Nine regional tournaments around the nation are set to take place on Saturday and Sunday, and a whole slew of teams are looking to lock up Nationals bid.

Here is the list of Regional Tournament No. 1 winners that will be back in action this week:

  • Northern New England – University of New Hampshire
  • Northeast – SUNY Cortland
  • Metro – Rutgers University
  • Atlantic – University of Pittsburgh
  • Philadelphia – Villanova University
  • Midwest – Michigan State
  • Southern New England – Providence College
  • Southeast – Clemson
  • Central – University of Missouri

With the #RoadToRabbit culminating in less than one month, club golf teams around the nation are seizing on the last chance they have to qualify for Nationals via the automatic bid or wild card berth.
