1) Jimmy Clay Golf Course
5400 Jimmy Clay Dr., Austin, TX 78744 - $5-$7 per bucket
Located in Southeast Austin, Jimmy Clay is a member of Golf ATX and is one of the cheaper places to hit balls around the city. They range was enlarged and improved in 2007 to make Jimmy Clay a premier practice facility. There is also a 4-hole "short course" on-site to get a little on course practice after your range session.
2) The Driving Range Round Rock
3533 Greenlawn Blvd., Round Rock, TX 7866 - $7-$16 per bucket
This facility opened in 2006 and features lush Bermuda grass with no mats! Round Rock has high output lighting so you can get the most out of your late night practice sessions. A large putting green, short game range, and large porch for hanging out before or after your range session make this one of the best places to hit balls in Austin.
3) Butler Park Pitch and Putt
201 Lee Barton Dr., Austin, TX 78704 - $9-$11 per round
So this is actually not a driving range at all, but is a fantastic place for short game practice and a ton of fun. The 9-hole short course is fast and easy to play and will help you with your wedges and your putting. You can also pay a flat rate of $25 to play the course on loop all day long!
4) Topgolf Austin
2700 Esperanza Crossing, Austin, TX 78758 - Hitting bay fees fluctuate from $14-$50 per hour
We all know what Topgolf offers, so I won't go into too much detail here. It's a great spot for some more casual golf practice or a meet-up with some friends. The Austin Topgolf is also conveniently located in North Austin.
