Adapting to a new generation of golfers

Best new Srixon products of 2019

By Matt Weinberger

Srixon has come out of the box swinging in 2019 (no pun intended). In the month of January alone, Srixon launched the 6th generation Z-STAR balls along with the unbelievable Z-FORGED irons. Additionally, Srixon continues to add more soft goods and accessories on the site. Here are their best new products of 2019 so far.

Srixon Z-FORGED irons

Z-FORGED Irons: Have you seen a better looking iron than the new Z-FORGED series?  Unlike previous generations of forged Srixon irons, the Z-FORGED series is standalone and not released with additional models (e.g. 785s, 585s). Created with the tour player and highly skilled amateur in mind, the Z-FORGED Irons are a classic muscle back blade offering maximum versatility from anywhere on the course.

2019 Z-STAR Srixon

Z-STAR Golf Balls: The Srixon / Cleveland Golf Ambassadors all had the opportunity to test out the new balls during launch month.  The biggest thing we heard was these balls added distance, especially with the driver. You can see why Srixon markets these balls as #BuiltForDistance as PGA Tour players like Cameron Champ launch this ball week in and week out.

Srixon golf accessories

Accessories: If you go out to an NCCGA or City Tour event, you’ll see a lot of people repping Srixon.  Whether it's their new line of hats or their golf gloves, you’ll see more than just the balls and equipment.  One thing I hear time and time again from people who use Srixon golf gloves…”this is the best glove I have ever worn.”  These gloves are really soft but also last much longer than other options out there.

All NCCGA and City Tour members have access to these great new products through the Player Tournament Support Program.  To learn more about pricing and how to order, be sure to fill out the interest form on the Equipment and Apparel deals page.
