Indoor Golf: 5 Places to Play Around Los Angeles

By Ben Tyler

There are times where getting outside to play golf just isn't viable. Below are five options for indoor golf near the city and a few comments about each facility. Please note, we have not been to all of these facilities, but are doing our analysis based on the facilities online presence.

Los Angeles City Tour

1) Urban Golf Performance

From a successful junior golf career to becoming completely burnt out from the game, playing professional golf and working countless hours at golf courses, Mackenzie (Mac) Todd experienced all aspects of the game. Throughout this experience, he grew a passion for coaching golf, developing players, and finding a more fun and dynamic way to experience golf performance. He had a vision to create a space where golfers of all levels could improve and strengthen their love and bond with the game. Check out Urban today!

2) GolfTEC Pasadena

The GolfTEC Pasadena location is a top of the line facility for lessons and club fitting. They offer flexible rates on lessons and have a comprehensive portfolio of brands for club fitting with some of the best coaches in golf.  Swing evaluations and fittings are $100 per hour and there are packages and game plans to help fit the need of every golfer. With some of the best technology and comprehensive approaches GolfTEC is a go to for instruction.

3) Olympic Golf Zone

Olympic Golf Zone sports bar is the perfect entertainment place for all those with a burning passion for sports such as golf, baseball, football, tennis or basketball. They started with the need of sharing their highly realistic indoor golf simulators with their surrounding community and managed to do more than this. Their sports bar is equipped with baseball batting cages and pitching cages, as well as equipped with a full bar and food menu options so that your experience will be completely satisfying.

4) Wired Golf

If you’re looking to pick up golf for the first time or plateaued and looking to reach the next step, they have you covered. Train with PGA Professionals using the best technology in the industry including their wireless motion analysis tracking system, Kvest.

5) Aroma Golf Center

Los Angeles’ largest semi-indoor Golf Range. Perfect your swing with the supervision of an in-house pro instructor, or just relax and go at your own pace, driving the ball into the four-level, 150-yard, state-of-the-art golf range. Aroma golf center’s sophisticated, automated teeing equipment and immaculately maintained driving range are the finest available in the mid-city area, rivaling the amenities usually found only at a country club. The Aroma golf center is also equipped with a computer-aided swing monitoring device and pneumatic height adjustment. So get into the groove and extend your practice sessions at Aroma’s advanced facility!
