Adapting to a new generation of golfers

Nextgengolf Members Take on the Myrtle Beach World Amateur Tournament

By Matt Weinberger

The Myrtle Beach World Am is the largest amateur golf tournament in the world. With over 3000 golfers competing over a 4-day period in late August - it’s a lot of great golf and even more fun. Four Nextgengolf members competed in this year's event. From meeting Paige Spiranac to one of the players winning the tournament, we'd say it was quite an experience. But don't take it from us, let's hear what they had to say:

“I would highly recommend playing in the Myrtle Beach World Am. I played with 12 new faces over a four day period and I enjoyed every minute of it.” -Andrew Grice

"The rotation of golf courses features some of the best Myrtle Beach has to offer. What better way to follow up a great day on the golf course than with than free food, drinks, entertainment, and nightly contests. The world’s largest 19th hole has you covered." -Sterling DeSantis
